Very Bad Service
i have a big problem with the price lock that I took with multi choice.I was told at sale stage that it's a debt Oder package to my surprise last night I was told my account was changed to cash . And I was never informed of that,I only found that out last after 2 months of calling and asking why are you guys not taking your money on the day that we agreed on. To make things worse I'm being told by the agents that I need to pay for all the months they were not taking money from my account . I never told anyone to change my payment method to cash and I was never informed not even once that my payment method was changed to cash so now why must I be the one to pay for the messing up of multi choice

Dear Ndikho,
The debit order automatically gets cancelled, after two unsuccessful debits. Our records indicate we have three unpaid debit orders hence the outstanding balance.
SMS notifications were sent of the outstanding balance on the account. Unfortunately, if the account is not paid it is your responsibility to ensure the account is up to date.
The service was provided to you, hence the outstanding balance is due and needs to be paid. Currently the account is in arrears with the amount of R2996.00. Should you wish to make a payment arrangement to bring the account to an up to date status, kindly confirm so that we can escalate to the Price Lock payment arrangement team.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
Edward.
