VERY BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE FROM Balisa Mini {DStv (MultiChoice)

after i complained about the special offer of paying 215 per month for 3 Months,Balisa Mini, was offered to me as my consultant to resolve my query, since then, i never enjoyed DSTV again, my service was open for one day next morning is disconnected again, this is still happening even now

On the 17 August 2022 i received emails from her telling that all is resolved and i have to pay 55.21 to cover the services until 29-08-2022., and i paid the balance to dstv as per her email, she didn't call to explain what is happening

today my services is disconnected again,/ I HAVE NO WORDS ANYMORE

Apologies for the delayed response, the account has been reconciled and the services are active. The R215.00 will cover DStv Compact and a payment of R110.00 will be due to cover the PVR access and Xtraview. You will pay a total amount of R325.00 on the 30th of August.

Please top up the account with R55.21 to cover the services until 29-08-2022.
