VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Joined DSTV in the beginning of June made initial.payment of R 900 , todate i had to phone 16 times to connect my service and everytime i am charge a reconnection fee of R50 , nobody at Multichouce can help me to sort out their syatem problem
