Very bad customer service

If there was a 0 I would give the company a 0, firstly I registered my decoder and the agent mispelled my surname, even after spelling it for her , I then reached out to the live chat department and got an Agent called Sihle Dobela who took 10 minutes to get back to me, is this the service dstv is implementing? I had to end that chat cause seemingly she was not willing to assist
