Very bad and *********** call centre agents

I’m very angry and livid, I called your call centre 5 times with no help from anyone. No one seems to know what they are doing there.I have Disney + added on to my subscription but when I try to watch it on my app it requires me to subscribe again. I’ve planned this issue to 5 people and no one was able to fix this. Why the hell am I paying for something I can’t watch. I’m extremely disappointed at the level of service and incompetency
