Very bad
I regret the day I took the price lock of R549. 00. Since I took that thing last year, I never had peace in my life, I can't even watch TV in peace. My services are being cut off for no reason. When I call them I am told I must wait 24 to 48 hours. I have to wait two days without TV. When I checked my statement I see that I am being charged R89. 00 every month for new dicoder installation. The worst part since I took this price lock, I can't use my old explora that I bought at game 2014. Bcoz according to dstv that dicorder is on price lock too.

I am sure 48 hours has passed since you told me that you were looking for clarity at price lock, still no response and my channels are still not playing. What's the hold up. I have sent you proof that I paid the money on the 5th of September 2019 after I have called on the 4th of September 2019 and asked why didn't you deduct money from my account. Are you disputing the fact that I have paid the money(R550. 00) or what. What do you think I was making that payment for. I need answers for you, I am still waiting for your response.
