Very bad

Upgraded my decoder in August 2020 every month i must vist there store becouse the stock they have its fauilty and now im here again a guy called kabelo had an attitude and tells me i was suppose to buy a new decoder and the one i have from august is faulty a d they do t have stock need to make arrangements to go to randburg after waiting 2hours in the rain and i need to pay 600 for everything.
