Very annoyed by Boxoffice

I'm very upset with the service I got from Dstv call center, they seemed not to know what is happen with the product they are selling.. I was trying to rent movie it keeps on giving me error n none of the stuff can help me, instead I wasted more than R300 of my airtime trying to find out the problem... Even went as far as their branch in mall of the north still no help was given to me
