Very angry

I have been calling and calling and writing on face book for this company to call me, it's been few weeks and my subscription is now suspended.i can never get one to call at all I am very frustrated and feel like I am begging to be assisted. All I want is a new decoder for price lock. The was a lady Nomonde who promised to call even today nothing.she made me cancel my current subscription and now I am liable for the fee for cancelation
