Very angry and getting no assistance
Multichoice has handed over another person's account to attorneys in my name, ID number, everything. I went to the branch in Kimberly, instead of helping me they said I must call their head office. I called their head office and they confirmed that it's not my account but they can't do anything because it's out of their hands. Mulchoise refuse to retract that account. I've been going up and down trying to sort out mulchoise ' s fault that is in my name but I'm not succeeding. I have an up to date account with them. I just want multichoice to sort out this mess and cut all ties i have with them. I called the accounts department, didn't get any help not even an apology. I just need them to sort this out and clear my name with their attorneys.
