Good day. I am so ****rd off at dstv. After every 3 months they **** me. Today my dstv was disconnected due to the fact that all of a sudden I'm on a 24 months contract. Which I have never been. I am a pensioner I bought my decoders years back. And they want to argue with me. Seriously just connect my dstv.

20 Jun 2024, 07:43I am still on the line with the consultant acknowledging that I am not aware of any contract but I must still pay 180 to cancel something I did not even apply for. I have old model dstv decoders so where are the new decoders for this contracts. Dstv I am so sorry that I am with you. You are ****mers trying to **** a old person like this. Shame on you people. I will be canceling my subscription. No wonder you loosing people.

Cancel this subscription and reverse but she hopes they won't decline I don't care I did not take any contract I refuse to pay extra money. All I want is this contract cancelled and the money reversed. Someone please sort this out. I am grwartdulmtonthis manager who atleast knew her job

Cancel this subscription and reverse but she hopes they won't decline I don't care I did not take any contract I refuse to pay extra money. Please note we have downgraded your services to DStv Family as requested and reversed the cancellation fee, as well as the reconnection fee, so your monthly bill for your DStv subscription will be R 515.00(Inclusive of DStv Family of R 329.00 + Access fee of R 120.00 + two insurances of R 27.00 and R 39.00)

So please explain to me as you downgraded me what happen to the rest of my money. You are so quick to do things you're own instead of solving the issue at hand.
