Various Complaints

<p>Enquiry Reference Number:<br /> ********** </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p>Our previous complaints and e-mails, refer ( NOT SATISFACTORLY SOLVED )</p> <p>We currently operating on your Compact Option, and a irritating fact occur almost daily, although we had it tested on numerous occasions :</p> <p><br />- CBS Reality - our most viewed - Channel 132 - freezes-up, almost daily, for various length of time, the only channel that does that ? ! It's the only channel that does that !</p> <p><br />- Simultaneously, we would like to establish why so many movies, etc., gets repeated, over a spread of time, it is almost not worth it, and we took cognizance of many of your viewers, that have the very same complaint, some of us cannot afford the full subs, or the "Explora" viewing, please ??? !!!</p> <p><br />Your advices would be appreciated, please !</p> <p> </p> <p>Our previous queries, refer. Mrs H M Theron - + 79 ********** ( Cell No ) :</p> <p><br />The following items are still of outmost concern, please :</p> <p><br />- We cannot afford the full DSTV Subscription, that is why we have the compact channels.<br />- Although we realize that nobody is perfect on earth, only Our Lord In Heaven Is !!!!!!!, it become serious to us, that the misuse of HIS NAME in your programmes, are unacceptable to us, and I am so sure for many other people in this country / world. We have tried the parental control. but to no avail of many of these swear words, your guidance will be much appreciated, please !<br />- also, WE STILL CANNOT UNDERSTAND, ALTHOUGH, IT WAS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED TO US, THE ONGOING REPEAT OF PROGRAMMES, ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, MOST OF THE TIME, THERE IS JUST NOTHING TO WATCH, AS MANY OF, ESPECIALLY THE MOVIES, HAVE BEEN ALREADY BEEN WATCHED.<br />- The continuous interruptions of programmes, by unnecessary ad's, which are not commercial, tends to increase by the day !</p> <p><br />Please advise, urgently !</p>
