Utterly useless staff that couldn’t care less and deliver squat!!

If it was not for my business I would have left DSTV long ago and feel it is time to move on!

For MONTHS NOW I have been requesting that they send me my invoices. I have to phone in at MY OWN EXPENSE for months on end. They tell me that I am loaded on the system to receive my invoices. But still nothing! I often get told as I don’t phone in once to find 1 person COMPENTENT ENOUGH to help me, but about 5 calls ( I AM NOT EVEN EXAGERATING NOW) to then get told “Our systems are offline, we cannot help you and we cannot phone you back as we are a call centre” Can I get some of my money back for all these calls and no service????? GET YOUR **** TOGETHER DSTV! And I am SURE, there will be no response from this either! #PATHETIC SERVICE #SHOWMAX or #NETFLIX rather and its sooooo much cheaper, with less problems!
