Utterly useless
What an utterly useless bunch of nincom****s you are....you cannot activate a simple decoder, your core business by the way, without stuffing it up. Your staff is *********** and you service is non existent! You charge me although you know and admit that the service was never activated!!! *****s!!!

04 May 2023, 17:19So despite my request to be contacted by your team, I was stupid enough to call you again. Spoke to a lady, Mbali, who started helping me and then put me on hold, where 34 minutes later, I hung up. I am convinced she went home and was not looking forward to resolve my issue.
