Utterly useless
It is a constant battle to get any service. I am yet to go a week without issues yet I pay almost R1000 per month. The support channel and staff is beyond useless. Lat month did not have catchup for 3 week and this month I only get channel 100. How does a company this *********** even exist!

10 May 2022, 07:29HAHA if you have a Hello Peter Team and your rating is still 1.5 then you are doing something seriously wrong (that is stating the obvious). Mabe instead of responding to ALL complaints with a cut and paste why not actually do something?
