Utterly disgusted with DSTV for lies and failure to stop my account

I got confirmation that my debit order will not go off for December as my account has been closed, Bobs your Uncle, my Debit Order went off this morning, why I don't know when I asked for both my subscription and insurance to stop. Pathetic service
