utterly disgusted/poor service delivery

I am disappointed about the service of DSTV multichoice. They have disconnected my account while I paid before my due date on the 24th August, due date is on the 25th. I called this morning around 11:20 and spoke to Karabo who advised me to email proof of payment, i did that twice, no one responded to the email. They have charged me reconnection fee which I am not intending to pay. I always pay EFT between the 22nd and the 25th of every month, I have not experienced such nonsense. I am using my money to call and hold for hours to be assisted. What happened to speed service? How long does it take for them to read emails and respond accordingly? This is really nonsense. What is the use of me paying the account and I am be treated as a ********? Please sort this out as soon as possible, or I will be taking my business to the competitors if this is how multichoice treat their customers. Multichoice need to pay the airtime I am using to call them while they are the one messed up my account, I've been holding for long. I'm now on the phone with Nombuso, who assisted me, she still saying payment is not reflecting until my airtime runs out.
