Utterly disgusted by the service of DSTV

Can someone please help me,i app**** for price lock which was approved and I was told that monthly payments will be 499 for 24 months ,the first debit order went off on the second of.Julyfor 548 Instead of 499,now when I checked my balance I was told I owe750,i asked what was it for they could not explain,was told to call pricelock,no one answered,sent an email to them,got a auto reply with ref number which was last week until today no one has called or emailed me,this morning I checked my balance it is now sitting on 1070,which I dont know where it is coming from,and no one is able to explain to me,im irritated by the service of this company,pleasehelp me.
