UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!!!

I am so utterly disgusted I am a loyal multiChoice customer for many years now. I after continuing with my Price lock once again..... Totally disgusted when I only find out when the installers came. My whole connection of extra view and separate views on our other tvs will no longer work due to the explorer not being the same and my extra view wont show in my room I must pay additional amount in order for them to do it. REALLY First everything was sett up prior to other price lock fitment. I have the sensors in other room etc. Now I must give my LMB what that may mean in exchange they will connect both decoders and no additional fitment.
