Utterly disgusted

First DTSV declined my application for the DPP because they told me I am blacklisted. I then pulled my ITC and found that this was a lie! I am not blacklisted. I have been phoning daily with numerous reference numbers to clear this matter up, and find out why DSTV would insult me like this. I get told today, after 3 weeks that I am under debt review. I asked for the evidence and was told that I must send them a copy of my XDS report to clear up the matter! this is utter nonsense! I have an ITC report, and this is not acceptable, I work on both systems, they pull the same data! how can I first be alledged as blacklisted and now its debt review, I am sure I would know about this! DSTV is looking for excuses not to give me the offer for whatever their own reasons are and no one can explain to me or tell me why! I am so shocked by this, the deal is R50 more a month to what I pay at the moment, and I have NEVER missed a payment with them, or any other credit supplier for that matter. so what is the problem? why does it take so much fighting to try get an answer?
