Utter *******

This useless bunch sell a piece of ******* called the Explora 3a. I paid R1000 for something that doesn't work. I was told to reset the device and format the hard drive 4 times! Still it didn't work properly. It is a week old - basically brand new and now they say I must take it to Multichoice for a service! What utter nonsense - it's brand new and they should send a replacement. I ordered online for delivery as I currently don t have transport but now I need to huge inconvenience of taking this piece of **** back to DSTV in Randburg?? Useless bunch of charlatans who over charge, still send out stuff in Standard Definition, lowest quality HD (720p) and their hardware is utter *******. Hope this company fails and someone else gets the sport...
