Utter disgusting service from DSTV

To whom it may concern

I have had a problem with viewing on both my Android TV and the Google Certified Android Boxes ever since DSTV changed their user interface on the DSTV Now app for Android TV. Whenever I want to watch Live TV, it keeps on bombing out to a black screen, with the sound still playing. It happens CONSTANTLY!!!! I have tried to contact the customer service centre, no one answers. I have resorted to social media, where I get you attention, but just the copy and paste replies. Nobody wants to help.

I am on a DSTV Premium Streaming package for R830/month. I pay the premium price, for a sub-standard service.

Today I made contact again with you on social media, and started talking to someone with the tag -HYN

Eventually I was asked if the problem is only on the Android TV and Media Boxes, and I rep**** "Yes". Now get this, then someone with the tag - KMI rep**** the following. "Please try switching the tv on and off and log in and off. If the problem still persist please keep watching on you Mobile device - KMI"

What kind of response is this???? It is basically a "F U, we do not care about your problems".

I have a family, who all want to watch together. Must everybody huddle in a circle and with on my phone??????? Utterly useless!!!

The old interface was working perfectly, I have NO IDEA why you had to fix something that wasn't broken.
