Usual nothing!!
Every single time I try to hire a Box Office movie I have problems. I have to call the call centre every time. Then I have to hold, and hold, and hold, and hold, and hold, and hold and then when an Agent does answer, we can only hear garbled gibberish. So after all this time, cost and effort……. NOTHING….. no movie, no help, just frustration again and NOTHING!!!! I can’t even SMS the rental code because it won’t send, yet I can sms my daughter with no problem!!!
