Using pensioners for your own gain

I hate the fact that my father paid his last pension money to watch DSTV, then they took it and put him on arrears stating that he joined insurance..... Is this a way to exploit pensioners and eat their money? We need proof that he has joined this stupid insurance, since you said the calls are being recorded, we want a recorded copy of my father accepting you foolish insurance. Make sure you fix this ***
