USELESS CALL CENTER For 10 days and about 30 phone calls Multichoice Call center cannot clear a E-16-4 code on my secondary decoder.All call center operators promised to escalate the problem to technical and promise to call back ....nothing for 10 days ........that why Multichoice lost 100 000 customers this year alone.
