useless,pathetic money hungry company

am not happy with the service am getting from dstv disconnecting my services for no reoson and charging me for reconnection fee what the hell is dat i have to decoders which are both on compact and today i woke up with no service on both decoders and the other one was even disconnected i have paid my subscription why am i being abused the only reoson am still with you is bcs of my kids and the lockdown i dnt evn watch tv that much and paying so much for repeat programmes please fix ur system i cant be using my money to contact you everytime you decide you want to terminate me if you nolonger need me as a subcriber refund my money and let me move on ur consultants are useless why charge me for a reconnection fee whilst i have paid already i need a decent answer this is the last money u are ever gonna get from me am moving on the abuse is too much my id number is *** cell ***160 block pp2 soshanguve *** i cant be paying a reconnection fee i know nothing about fix it and reinstate my services or refund my money today
