USELESS.COM - DSTV
My dad has been trying to upgrade (Price lock) his DSTV now for the last 5 weeks. Every time someone calls him and then they tell him they will call him back. DSTV like to bother a person to upgrade or price lock but when it comes time to put things to action they are USELESS !! On the 11th of March I spoke to someone on the MYDSTV chat and I was told it was going to take 24 hours for someone to come back to me. its been 12 days and we still no further!!
