Useless, useless, useless
Dstv service is very poor, the couldn't help me. Even their managers are useless, ***********. They can't fix a simple error message query. This is the most useless company.

06 Nov 2021, 11:35They are *****, useless, unprofessional and disrespectful. The consultants are cheap labour, the do not not know the product, clearly they did not go on training. It was a plug and play situation. How difficult it is to provide customer service.

06 Nov 2021, 11:38My query was not addressed or even attended. They kept making stupid excuses time and again. This company will not last into another decade. We subscribe because of sport, everything else is just a joke... Can we have other satellite TV companies in SA please. Maybe they will provide the service we need.
