Useless systems and useless call centre

Useless systems and useless call centre. I've spend 4.5 hours on calls with their call centre over 2 days. Empty promises to escalate my issue and call me back. You take my money, but can't provide the service. My issue just seems to go into a big black hole!!! I still can't stream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
