Useless streaming service

The DSTV streaming experience is absolutely useless. Maybe it is because they are so caught up in trying to prevent piracy that they have made the encryption so complex it cannot be properly decoded and streamed. The alternative is they have *********** coders that allow memory leaks and overload of the resources. Every time there is an update the streaming gets worse. I cannot use my smart TV anymore and have now got a Xiaomi box, but it is also unreliable after 3 days. Randomly the stream will stop and drop out to the menu. Other times everything freezes or the audio will continue without the video updating. It is the worst service ever, I have various other streaming services and none of them ever give any trouble.
