Useless streaming service

I just spoke to a call centre person at Dstv who told me that it is impossible to download previous episodes of series if they don't appear on catchup. That's not in line with their claims on adverts where they say one can stream series if explora is connected to the internet. This is false advertising.

Good day Khumbulani

Thank you for your time and patience.

It is true that it’s not possible to download previous (expired) episodes if they don't appear on Catch Up plus. We highly recommend that you check your favourite programme at Showmax.

Thank you for pointing out your concern with us.

Kind regards

Dinah

Best regards,

Reviewer Update

I checked both Showmax and Catchup, that's why I called the call center. Programmes used to be in the Box Set section on Catchup but there is currently nothing. We were not told why this service was suspended or is not performing as expected.
