Useless service to cancel DSTV services
Good day,
I want to cancel my DSTV services. I have been trying and trying with online chat, no one is responding.
What is the use of a service if you cannot use it. Message: Alright. Please give us a moment while one of my team members steps in... and nothing happens. Eventually the site closes.
Useless like everything else from companies. Why is this not tested on your side? I had to log in about 4 times, waited more than 30 minutes and then still no reply.
