USELESS SERVICE SINCE DAY 1

There is nothing wrong with the decoder! I've just about had it with you people!!!!! I said all my accounts is up to date and when i called in to confirm it they agreed. Now! It's off all of a sudden!! And i message to find out what the problem is and now all of a sudden theres something wrong with myy decoder! I have been fighting with you people from the very beginning about this since i got it, first u couldn't find my package then couldn't find a package under my name, then telling me i owe u when i dont and was misled being told i wouldn't have to pay anything until my agreed date but was yet asked to pay in a amount to activate services!! Countless issues. I shouldn't even be paying you people to begin with i deserve a free month after all the run around u peoples been giving me!!! Spoke to countless agents and not one could help me.. When all i asked was to remove the error message. I WILL KEEP POSTING BAD REVIEWS ON HERE AND FB UNTIL RESOLVED
