USELESS SERVICE EVER

<p>I have been trying for the past weeks to get my Explora and PVR extra view to work with no luck.I have made several calls to the contact center which I find completely useless.I spoke to Mandlenkosi spent an hour on a chargeable call with no luck on my request.And called again spoke to Thabiso for another 45 minutes i was requested to follow the same steps that the previous agent told me to follow.I did a upwards migration and lost connection on all the channels i only have an option to watch 405 on the main explora tv.Worse on the extra view im paying for services that i cant even watch all 3Tv are blurry. On the main explora theres an error that my services are suspended and contact the call centre.I spoke to their useless team leader called Godfrey who doesnt know what on earth he's doing there .I want a call back ASAP and this matter to be attended to if it means a technician should be sent to my house then let it be.</p>
