Useless Service
DSTV has disconnected my services after i made a payment. I spoke to almost 20 of their agents and no one seems to know what they are doing. My complaint was escalated, no one has called me back. They have to complaint box, no SLA in place, no escalation process, they have been useless. Can i just have my money back.
