Useless service deserves to be in the bin

Terrible service. I made my monthly payment on the 5/10/2021, I recieved an sms the following day that my serices will be disconnected because of no payment recieved. I called in my service was reconnected. On the 7th my services was again disconnected, called in again and was told that my payment was not reflecting and should send in a proof of payment, I did that and was reconnecting again. On the 10th I woke up to my services yet again disconnected, called in again was told the same story and I should send the proof of payment again, which was done again. *How irritating* I got reconnected again. Today the 14th my services are disconnected again n I'm told my payment is still not reflecting and they can't find my proof of payment even after giving my reference for the prof of payments sent..this really ridiculous I can't be paying to watch my own TV for 3 days and off the next. What pathetic service is this really, even making payments to other banks reflect after two days never has it taken 7 day to locate a payment like really.. This is why I'm canceling this **** service
