Useless Service by MultiChoice

I am at present for almost the entire existence of MultiChoice a client. Recently they advertised a new deal consisting of an upgrade and free installation of a DSTV dish. I immediately contacted them about 2 months ago, due to the fact that am relocating to the Mossel Bay area and went through the entire process to apply and was approved. It was confirmed via email and SMS, but I requested them to contact me before the delivery of the decoder on site due to the fact that I had to arrange a person to receive the decoder. Great was my surprise that they visited the site on the 7th of July 2021, but that the persons on site refused to sign for decoder due to the fact that nobody was informed. The decoder was apparently then send back to the depot. Since then I tried on about 5 occasions to re-arrange the delivery and installation but to no avail!!! I was even informed that I needed to re-apply!! Ridiculous!!! I have also written emails to them but every time only receive case numbers and promises that I will be contacted. Unfortunately they have a captured market and it is high time that we need an alternative service provider in RSA. My frustration is so high that I decided to get a local installer and just use my old decoder. The rating of 1 is even to high for this organization!! Frik Knoetze
