Useless service
its the weekend I can't even watch my sports but come end of the month I must pay dstv bill. U can't view on my phone and on the smart tv via the dstv app. It say something went wrong and 403.
This is the 3rd week going that dstv can not fix this problem

25 Oct 2020, 18:17It's Sunday afternoon and the dstv app is not working on my smart tv or smart phone. It's gone nearly 3 weeks and dstv support can not resolve the issue or even call me to give me any hope or update. But now it's coming end of the month I must pay the bill. And I have not been able to watch dstv app since 4th October 2020 but I have made numerous calls and chatted on the live chat but no help the live chat people just wait to not help and leave the chat maybe that are at home so they are comfortable to leave the chat very fast and not help. I have been a dstv customer for over 8 to 9 years and this is the service I'm getting now. Very poor.
