Useless service and products NO SERVICE!!!

I had countless issues with my Decoder and they are always giving the same BS excuses!!! Last night again whilst watching the decoder shuts off and when it eventually came back on all my pre recordings and repeat recording settings were deleted!! How is this possible??? Also a fault of mine???
