Useless service agents

I cannot even plain how upset I am with your services. Infact can you please send someone to collect the Explora that was delivered to me today. I'm struggling to get an installer and I have spent almost the entire afternoon trying to call your contact centre and they could not help me either. I have never thought that u wud have this kind of service. You are probably the worst service I have received from a company in the last 5 years. I am shaking with disbelief and *********** agents. please cancel this thing and come fetch your useless Explora.

Please note you can certainly contact an installer in your area and arrange for the installation to be done for you. This will allow you to give the installer the most suitable time you will be home for the installation to be done.
