Useless service

They don't deserve with a single star.i was double charge for my showmax package and Lodge in a query and they supp**** me with reference number and promised they will call me within 24 hours, even now after 6 days they never called me.i made a follow up call with the reference number but they couldn't locate my query with it,how the **** you give a customer a reference number and you can't trace the query with it.they are bunch of *********** useless agent.
