Useless service

I had a complaint last week because you had disconnected my services and it got fixed. It got disconnected again today. I don't understand what your problem is cause I paid the subscription fee on the 28th of February and I have proof of payment. This is bad I can't be paying for nothing. You guys have to pay me back my money.
