Useless Service

Dstv is useless.what is the purpose of providing debit order details for debit order to be activated on account and it does not get activated? They push for customers to activate debit order but come month end they do nothing???? Only reminder u get is when a message comes up telling you the service will be suspended, and whose fault is it? Not mine you guys now I must suffer for your'll couldn't follow through with the process.... the service I have received has been nothing but **** . The consultant Pearl Mwebe is rude, , does not even put me on hold and starts with colleagues a different language complaining I ask to speak to manager next I'm speaking to Nomcebo Mazibuko?. , who then transfers me to Jone Muthibi who is a team leader, customers are really being made asses. Then I get told it's pending, pending for verification purposes. I get told after a month. Now my services get suspended due to their negligence and **** service ?????
