Useless service

my wife is the acc holder and i wanted to change the account to a debit order off my bank account but they refused unless i had letters etc etc or they said i must put the money in my wifes account and they will debit her account.i have requested numerous times to add me to the account and they always mess it up.no wonder they keep losing clients R935 a month for pathetic service-i am so done with this
