Useless service
Awful service received from multichoice, I have been struggling with my dstv now app for over 2 weeks and not received any resolution. I have spoken to numerous consultants and even called in and still nothing. After speaking to Elton Pillay, Iviwe Kamtendi, Boitumelo X, KoKeistse Thipiyane, and more I'm sure, I have been told that my issue has been escalated to manage to date I have never received a call or assistance from said management. Thid is utterly disgusting service and you should be ashamed
