Useless self-service website. Not user-friendly at all.

Dstv self-service is useless & a time waster. Trying to upgrade using self-service website & this is proving to be a laborius task. I click the upgrade menu, it takes me to my decoder information. No button to proceed whatsoever. It has happened before i was forced to install their app before it cud work. This time i am not going to install their useless app again & i am not gonna upgrade. I'll stay on the R29 package until i get 5G. Then i can kiss their useless service goodbye for good.
