Useless self service and client care

The most pathetic service in this country yet. I have been trying half a day to have connect without success. The staff is not reading the basic requirement of need, and is certainly there to frustrate clients and not there to help. In fact, they go out of their way to avoid contact. Your basic self help service cannot even assist. Where to from here, is this how you treat your clients.???? It just never easy to deal with you, why!
