28 Aug 2022, 08:30I have stated that I do not wish to be contacted telephonicaly.
I have canceled my subscription.
Yet I was still debited on 27 Aug in the amount of R984.
The credit reflects on the app of R949 and now R914?
It would seem as though I have been charged for 2 insurance premiums of R35 each over the last 2 days.
Despite the app showing that my insurance has been canceled.
Please advise when I can expect my refund in the amount of R984.
