Useless products and poor customer service
Worst customer service and worst products ever!! I had enough of multichoice and their lack of service and poor standards of products! On a regular basis there is issues with my decoder and trying to get it sorted is a nightmare. Then the “ technicians” tell you to reboot, or switch off or check the plugs or take the decoder in. Done all that !! They say there is nothing wrong with the decoder when I take it in. Again today the piece of garbage is not working giving all different reasons when rebooting. Now it says determining footprint for past 15 minutes but nothing happens!
