Useless online payment service

My Dad paid the subscription for dstv today with the MyDstv app. Before, It was working, now it didn't work. All what is showing on my decoder is only channel 100 which I'm bored at. My Dad used the MyDstv app, to pay. I checked the decoder, and it's not broadcasting any other channels apart from channel 100. The Dstv now app, Its not accessible again. I kept logging in and out, its still doing the same thing. Seriously, you can embarrass me at entertainment.
